Emma
Emma, a New England native has over a decade of experience working in the canine industry. Holding multiple successful positions ranging from veterinary reception, internal medicine veterinary technician, kennel manager, and professional balanced dog trainer. After managing multiple high volume kennel facilities Emma quickly became dissatisfied with the industry “standard” for care and training. She knew her community desperately deserved more. Storm Canine Academy was once just an iPhone sticky note dream- a dream that Emma committed to making a reality. Which brings us to where we are today. A company looking to be the change in balanced dog training and boarding. We aim to maintain lifelong relationships with our clients by building an educated community, reinforcing a welcoming culture, and guiding owners to a healthy relationship with their canine companions. When not working Emma can be found doing just about any outdoor recreation activity that comes to mind. You’ll often hear jokes about her current pack of “misfits”. Felon, Odette, and Dux.
Allie
Allie, a New Hampshire native has been with Storm Canine Academy since the beginning. Diego, a Malinois X Doberman, kick-started Allie’s passion for dog training. Diego was the beginning connection to Emma, the owner and founder of Storm Canine Academy. Allie started as a client seeking out obedience and protection training. Emma quickly noticed Allie’s natural ability to work with dogs. It wasn't long until Allie was given the opportunity to join the team for an internship, which she was so eager to accept. Making her Storm Canine’s first employee. When not working with client dogs or in school, Allie can often be found participating in protection sports, agility, dock diving, hiking, and equine training.
