Frequently asked questions.

  • All we require your pet to have is a collar with ID tags, leash, and any food/medication.

  • Dog training is not one size fits all! Each dog requires a unique approach to suit their needs and goals. Please reach out to schedule a consultation to learn more.

  • We pride ourselves in being a low volume facility. Maintaining a “quality over quantity” motto. Having limited availability requires most reservations to be booked in advance. We always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

  • All dogs ride in style. By style we mean Ruffland Kennels! These kennels are built tough and built safe. Rufflands are single mold units, easy to sanitize, crash proven, and our personal favorite kennel on the market.

  • Rabies and DAPP vaccinations are required for any SCA service. We highly recommend also vaccinating for leptospirosis, kennel cough, and lyme disease. Our sanitation standards are extraordinarily high and our volume limit is low. However, exposure to communal diseases / viruses can happen anywhere. Consult your rDVM to discuss what vaccinations are most recommended for your dog's lifestyle.

  • We require all dogs to be up to date on heartworm, flea, and tick prevention. Consult your rDVM to discuss what form of prevention is most recommended for your dog's lifestyle.

  • We update our Instagram stories with photos and videos daily! Dogs that are with us for an overnight reservation: photo and wellness / training updates are sent every 48-72 hours. Dogs that are with us for day programs are featured on our Instagram stories + one photo / day summary sent VIA text! Of course we are always reachable via phone for any currently in our care.
